How can I purchase?

If you want to purchase a subscription plan, you first need to create an account. Then, you must order a plan corresponding to the period and number of downloads that suit your needs to be able to download content.

Can I get an invoice?

To get an invoice, you can either click on the link provided when completing your purchase, or in your "Purchase History" page of the subscription plan (You need to be logged-in). You can define the name and address you want.
You can always get your invoice in the "Purchases History" page of the subscription plan.We do not deliver invoices for each downloaded image.

Is it possible to cancel or change a purchased plan?

Sorry, you cannot change or cancel any purchased plan.
However, we can make an exception if an error occurs on our servers or with your connection and your plan has been purchased twice. If this happens please contact us within two weeks so we can cancel it.

Is it possible to cancel or change a downloaded image?

Sorry, you cannot change or cancel any downloaded image.
However, if there is a problem with your download such as corrupted or malfunctioning data, contact us on the day of the download with the item number so we can cancel it.

Is it possible to re-download an image?

Yes. Every downloaded images can be re-downloaded from your "Download History" page of the subscription plan (you need to be logged-in) as many times as you wish, in any sizes, for one year after the first download.

*When an image you already downloaded is withdrawn from the subscriptions service, redownload is limited to the size of your first download.

Is it possible to transfer the amount of items not downloaded to the next day or the next purchased plan?

Sorry but if you did not use your 25 downloads per day, or your 250 downloads per month, all of the downloads left will be considered lost.

I don't always need 25 downloads/day, is it possible to download only one item at a time?

If you need to download only a small number of images, please do not choose subscription plans but purchase them individually.

I can't download images.

If you cannot download an image, we may assume that your system does not meet requirement to use our subscription plans with, your connection is unstable, or an error is occurring in our servers.
Please check your connection and your computer and try again after some time.

If you still cannot download your image, please contact us with the item number and any important information such as an error code if any.

When will my number of downloads be reset?

- For the 25dl/day plan
Your number of downloads for one day will be reset every 24 hours from the time of your purchase.
*If you don’t use all your 25 downloads for one day, the number of downloads left will be lost and cannot be moved to the next day.

- For the 250dl/month plan
There are no limits of download numbers available for each day. You can download up to 250 images within 30 days since the first day of your plan.
*If you don’t use all your 250 downloads for one month, the number of downloads left will be lost and cannot be moved to the next month.

Please tell me about the sizes and specifications of the images.

All images provided on our subscription plans are in the JPEG format (some illustrations also provide PNG or vector (EPS) formats).
*Our subscription plans do not provide certain photos or illustrations, and you cannnot purchase any footage present on PIXTA.
4 sizes are provided, S (640x480px), M (2400x1500px), L (3200x2400px) and XL (5200x3900px).
However, the available sizes and pixel number of the sizes may vary between images, please refer to each image page to get the details.

The images downloaded with our subscription plans can be used without any limitations in time inside the scope of usage defined for the Standard License. You can choose between 30 days or 1 year period for subscriptions.

If you would like to use images for the Extended License purposes separately, please purchase individual images with Extended licenses on pixtastock.com aside from your subscription plan.

By default the plan is automatically renewed, if you do not change the setup, within its 3 last days.
If you do not want it to be renewed automatically, please change it to manual in your Available Plans page, before this date.
If you do not set it back to Automatic before it ends, it will not be renewed.

Is it possible to use multiple plans at the same time?

Yes, it is possible. If you purchase a new plan on top of your current one, both will be available at the same time.
If you do not want two plans at the same time but a longer one, please choose automatic renewal instead.

I would like to share an image with other people from my company.

Basically, all images downloaded on our subscription plans may only be used by the purchaser himself. Even in the same corporation, sharing an image is not allowed.
Content produced using the raw data of the image, may be shared freely with clients or coworkers, but the raw data itself can only be used by the purchaser.

You can modify your email address, password and address on your "Account Settings" page, and your credit-card information on the "Credit-card information" page of the subscription plan. (You need to be logged-in).
*You cannot change your name, company name or between corporation/personal after sign-up.
