It is kind of hard to shoot when you take photos such as metal or glass because sometimes it reflects things around.
If you adjust an angle of something flat it might work, but it is quite difficult to shoot something like a spoon that reflects a wide range of thing around even if you adjust an angle.
Since you won’t be able to avoid the reflection probably, you should choose some objects which are ok to reflect.

The above picture has been taken without worrying about reflective surfaces.
In this case, fluorescent lights on the ceiling and air conditioners were reflected.
It doesn’t come out in a good atmosphere.

The above picture has been taken covered with Artre over the subjects and reflected it on the subjects.
It is ok to use tracing paper or white paper as well.

You can see the Artre in the upper left corner from the middle.
Adjust an angle and distance of the Artre and shoot.
Also, it is better if you adjust the brightness and contrast.
