Regarding the following system troubles, we would like to inform you that all of the update have completed today and the problem is fixed.

Thank you for your contribution to Pixta.
Due to the system error on Sep 26th,2014, there occurred following troubles to some of the contributors who have their files online.

Newly online files are not searchable.
Keywords are not reflected to the newly online files or the newly added keywords are not reflected.
Your online files are not shown in your Portfolio page (https://www.pixtastock.com/@xxxxx).

[Causes of System trouble]
Due to the omissions of system maintenance,there occurred a delay for update of search system.

We’ve already fixed the problem and starting to update the data of search system.
However, it still takes time to update all of the online files and it is expected thatupdate will be completed by Oct 7th,2014.

We will let you know about any progress through this Pixta blog.

Regarding the following system trouble, the update is expected to complete on Oct 1st,2014.
– Newly online files are not searchable.
– Keywords are not reflected to the newly online files.
– Your online files are not updated in your Portfolio page (https://www.pixtastock.com/@xxxxx).

The update of newly added/corrected keywords of online files will still take time until Oct 7th,2014.

Regarding the system troubles above, it has been updated in sequence,however, it is taking time than we expected.
It is scheduled to be all completed by Friday, Oct 3rd.
We deeply apology to contributors for this delay.
